In the heart of Raval, Barcelona, at the beautiful new cooking space of Bear on Bike called «Espai Egg» we hosted Experimental Healthy Baking Workshops.
At these workshops you were given a basic recipe and a big table full of organic ingredients to bake with. Then, it was all about experimenting with proportions, with ingredients, with techniques, with different kind of elaboration that you have to apply to reach your idea or to get something new altogether.
One of the sample menus was the following one:
